Lead customer implementations of Tipalti's cloud AP and payments SaaS, manage project timelines and technical integrations, deliver trusted advisor-level support, and document lessons learned to improve internal knowledge and customer outcomes.

Drive early-stage sales by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. Perform outbound prospecting, cold calling, follow up on inbound leads, meet lead and meeting targets, collaborate with sales teams, learn product value propositions, and maintain high activity metrics to build pipeline.

Own the post-go-live experience for partner-referred customers, drive account growth and advocacy, manage escalations, build partner-led CS processes and infrastructure, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor colleagues to scale the program.
