Candidates need 8+ years of commercial technology transactions experience and qualification with the Law Society of Ontario or another Canadian or U.S. jurisdiction.

Own portfolio health, staffing, capacity, forecasting, delivery risk, customer outcomes, escalations, and operational cadence. Responsibilities include incident response, postmortems, reliability practices such as SLOs and failure analysis, capacity planning, architecture reviews, automation tooling, production lifecycle ownership, troubleshooting, and on-call support. The role requires software engineering experience with modern or object-oriented languages and familiarity with cloud environments, monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing.

Lead design, configuration, and operation of AI-powered sales tools and workflows.
