Participate in Rockwell Automation’s early-career EDGE training program combining sales, technical, and professional development. Support pre-sales activities through prospect responses, product demonstrations, technical guidance, and customer presentations. Interface with product and technical support teams, assist with marketing activities, resolve product issues, and provide post-sales troubleshooting. Complete a field service engineering rotation implementing automation applications for customers before transitioning to a customer-facing technical sales role.

Participate in Rockwell Automation’s EDGE technical sales and consulting training program, then support customers across Canada as an Associate Account Manager. Build relationships with manufacturers, systems integrators, and industry partners; explain products and services; simplify complex information; develop sales plans; achieve annual sales goals; grow market share and customer spend; and maintain accountability for results. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, Canadian work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and 10–40% travel.
