Designs and implements client and internal workflows, integrations, data flows, reconciliation models, and reporting solutions for corporate loan and CLO products. Leads complex cross-functional technical projects from scoping through adoption, partners with clients, vendors, technology, operations, sales, and relationship management teams, and develops scalable standards and automation. Serves as a subject-matter expert, mentors analysts, presents solutions to clients, and supports business strategy and prospective product evaluations.

Supports institutional and corporate trust accounts through cash application, collateral reconciliation, journal posting, fund position tracking, trade and wire processing, billing, debt service calculations, compliance preparation, and payment generation. Partners with relationship managers, operations, and business solutions teams to improve processes and systems. Coordinates testing and documentation for system enhancements while providing client service and operational support.

The Business Development Officer will originate and negotiate loans, maintain client relationships, assist in underwriting, and produce necessary reports while collaborating with executive management.
