Leads the design, optimization, automation, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing processes and production systems. Drives Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, capital projects, cost reduction, regulatory compliance, and KPI improvements across electromechanical product lines. Serves as a technical authority for cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers and supporting quality, safety, throughput, and operational excellence.

Owns the enterprise supply plan and rough-cut capacity planning within the S&OP cycle. Leads supply reviews, identifies capacity and supply-demand constraints, and develops mitigation scenarios. Maintains quality documentation, communicates findings to customers and management, supports manufacturing processes, and leads cross-functional quality initiatives.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes in a medium- to high-mix production environment. Leads Kaizen events, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, standard work development, process validation, layout optimization, PFMEA, control plans, and data-driven bottleneck analysis. Collaborates with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and trains operators and technicians on process changes and lean methodologies.

Supports electrical design packages for low- and medium-voltage switchgear, including schematics, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, drawing updates, bills of materials, engineering transmittals, CAD revisions, and part-record maintenance. The role collaborates with engineering and production teams, maintains documentation accuracy, and supports shop-floor activities in an on-site manufacturing environment.

Leads the mechanical engineering design team responsible for custom medium-voltage switchgear and bus-bar products. Oversees design standardization, CAD and FEA-based optimization, compliance with UL, IEEE, and ANSI standards, manufacturability, quality, and on-time delivery. Partners with sales, planning, production, maintenance, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into fabrication-ready designs. Manages cross-functional improvement initiatives, operational metrics, workflows, training, mentoring, and succession planning across global operations.

Develops production plans based on customer demand, forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinates with production, engineering, supply chain, and materials teams to resolve constraints and support on-time delivery. Uses ERP/MRP tools and Excel for planning and analysis, contributes to capacity planning and lean manufacturing initiatives, and communicates risks related to materials, capacity, and delivery.

Designs, delivers, and improves technical and operational training for manufacturing employees. Provides classroom, hands-on, and coaching-based instruction in wiring, assembly, fabrication, inspection, safety, quality, and standardized work. Assesses and certifies employee competency, analyzes training effectiveness, partners with production and cross-functional leaders, reinforces EHS and quality standards, and maintains training records and LMS data.

Leads daily manufacturing training operations and supervises 6–10 Training Specialists. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling, hands-on technical training, competency assessments, LMS administration, records management, program development, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure training supports safety, quality, compliance, certification, and workforce readiness.
