Leads regional HR operations across casino sites, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, labour relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance. Coaches managers and employees, oversees unionized workplace matters, implements corporate HR programs, manages HR projects, analyzes metrics, and supports risk reduction. The role requires extensive HR experience, managerial leadership, collective agreement expertise, and strong knowledge of employment legislation.

Supports the Accounting Team by processing and reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, reports, tax return requirements, deposits, cash analyses, invoices, and month-end documentation. Maintains accurate accounting files, assists with accounts payable, responds to inquiries, and distributes statistical reports. Oversees product managers and technical specialists, manages roadmaps and prioritization, partners with business and technology leaders, oversees vendors and contracts, ensures regulatory and security alignment, and develops team capabilities.

Supports corporate accounting through bank, account, intercompany, AP, fixed asset, tax, and general ledger reconciliations. Performs period-end close procedures, maintains amortization schedules, prepares GST/PST remittances and project cost reports, supports capital recovery reporting, and liaises with auditors. Contributes to process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects.
