Leads regional HR operations across casino sites, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, labour relations, and policy administration. Advises managers and employees, interprets collective agreements, supports compliance and risk management, oversees gaming registration, analyzes HR metrics, and manages regional HR projects. Requires substantial unionized-environment experience, HR leadership, strong judgment, negotiation, communication, and knowledge of applicable employment legislation.

Supports corporate accounting through bank, account, intercompany, AP, fixed asset, tax, and general ledger reconciliations. Performs period-end close procedures, maintains amortization schedules, prepares GST/PST remittances and project cost reports, supports capital recovery reporting, and liaises with auditors. Contributes to process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects.

Supports casino accounting operations by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, reports, tax returns, schedules, and balance reports. Verifies invoices and statements, assists accounts payable, analyzes food and beverage cash, maintains accounting files, responds to inquiries, and supports month-end and ad hoc accounting activities.
