Oversees team workflow, resourcing, quality, and deliverables; coaches team members; guides strategic proposals and pursuit materials; supports campaigns and storytelling across internal and external channels; ensures brand consistency; collaborates with stakeholders across regions; and improves processes, tools, and team effectiveness.

Oversee branch operations, profitability, staffing, customer and employee satisfaction, inventory, compliance, and safety. Partner with sales and leadership on forecasts, business plans, account strategies, and continuous improvement. Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, evaluations, and personnel decisions while safeguarding company assets and implementing Lean initiatives.
