Handle inbound customer calls, walk-in customers, product inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales support. Maintain customer relationships, provide pricing, coordinate showroom inventory and merchandising, support procurement, and communicate product timelines. Perform administrative duties, develop construction-material product knowledge, participate in safety programs, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
