The role requires mining equipment and maintenance-planning knowledge, strong Excel and scheduling skills, and approximately 15% travel within Canada.

Provides customer-focused sales support by processing orders, responding to inquiries about quotes, pricing, shipping, returns, technical issues, and equipment downtime, and managing back-order reports. Coordinates shipments, receives goods, supports logistics, maintains product knowledge, and communicates customer needs across departments. The role helps achieve sales targets and requires strong communication, multitasking, computer, and customer service skills, with mining industry knowledge considered an asset.
