Design, operate, and improve Recharge’s cloud-native infrastructure platform. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and GCP infrastructure management, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining observability and reliability, implementing new technologies, improving engineering standards and documentation, supporting security and automation, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The role also involves mentoring engineers and applying AI tools to improve team productivity.

Manage strategic enterprise and mid-market SaaS merchants, serving as a consultative partner and product expert. Own renewal strategy, drive platform adoption, demonstrate ROI, resolve escalations, facilitate business reviews, track portfolio metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, expansion, and merchant outcomes.

Manage a book of 50–70 growth-stage merchants to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Conduct business reviews and success plans, use data and health signals to prioritize work, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and resolve product/support issues to achieve measurable merchant outcomes.
