Manage and control project documents: review, catalog, file and distribute consultant and shop drawings, submittals and change notices; maintain project inbox and PM system logs; support change management and assist with ordering construction materials and equipment.

Support project delivery by preparing and analyzing financials, providing technical engineering guidance, performing document control (RFIs, submittals), assisting with plan/spec analysis, resolving field issues, and conducting QA checks. Help with project close-out and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements.

Coordinates HSE compliance documentation, document control, compliance trackers, reporting, training, and orientations. The role follows up on missing or overdue records, supports audit readiness, coordinates requirements with project teams and subcontractors, and communicates compliance risks and process improvements to stakeholders.
