Own and optimize the organization’s HRIS and related technology ecosystem, including payroll, ERP, integrations, security access, data migration, reporting, governance, and compliance. Lead technology implementations, change management, training, system testing, and process automation. Develop workforce insights and reporting standards, maintain documentation and data integrity, manage vendors, and supervise an HR Analyst while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
