Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting and closing partners, onboarding and contract management, affiliate and promotion setup, deliverable tracking, partner communications/newsletter, KPI reporting, and event support (minimum three in-person events yearly). Maintain partner database and SOPs, use AI tools for community insights, and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure partners receive expected value.

Own new-business prospecting and full-cycle sales to recruit high‑value ecommerce founders into a membership. Generate pipeline via events, outreach, and community presence; run discovery calls, qualify fit, handle objections, and close applications. Manage CRM (Go High Level), multi-channel follow-up, track conversion metrics, and represent MDS at industry events.
