Provides hands-on HR support across three Canadian offices, leading recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. The role specializes in labour relations within a unionized environment, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance resolution, progressive discipline, negotiations, and union-management engagement. It also leads HR policy improvements and coordinates the evaluation and implementation of a new HRIS. The position requires bilingual French-English communication and knowledge of employment law across British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.

Lead editorial quality and brand voice across channels by editing and producing high-impact content, enforcing style and editorial standards, and coaching staff. Provide executive and internal communications support including speechwriting, social media strategy, media relations, crisis communications and visibility for leadership. Manage communications frameworks, moderation protocols and ISBN account, and collaborate on narrative, messaging and measurement to advance organizational priorities.
