Own the full sales lifecycle for an AI research platform, including prospecting, account strategy, discovery, demos, pilot planning, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build relationships with researchers, R&D teams, laboratories, and research-intensive organizations. Maintain pipeline, CRM systems, forecasting, and account plans while partnering with research, product, and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and support adoption and expansion.

Lead a team of 4–6 engineers to turn research prototypes into reliable, scalable systems. Establish technical strategy, architecture, and squad-level outcomes; bridge research and engineering; build testing, observability, deployment, and operational practices; mentor engineers and influence hiring and organizational design across the company.
