Outbound appointment setter responsible for high-volume prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking qualified calls for closers. Hit strict KPIs (150 dials/day, 100 booked calls/month, 65% show rate, >10% set->close). Maintain CRM, daily reporting, attend sales meetings and 1:1 coaching, and grow into closing roles over time.
