Serve as primary point of contact for platform incidents and support in an AWS-based environment. Monitor system health, investigate and resolve issues, support deployments and integrations, automate support tasks, maintain operational documentation, and liaise with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
