Provide legal support for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy. Advise Product, Engineering, Security and executive teams on AI-powered features, data usage, and launches. Collaborate across Product, Research, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-native advertising products.

Lead and scale global demand generation for enterprise and PLG: develop integrated campaigns (paid, ABM, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships), optimize funnel and attribution, build reporting and automation, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, revenue, and expansion.

Lead global B2B and crisis communications for Higgsfield AI: own executive messaging, enterprise customer narratives, reputation management, crisis planning/execution, and agency/media relationships. Partner with Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to position the company as a trusted enterprise AI platform and drive thought leadership, executive visibility, customer case studies, and strategic communications across commercial channels.

Lead global consumer PR strategy for Higgsfield AI, managing media campaigns, creator and entertainment relations, product launch communications, agency partners, and executive visibility to position the company as a culturally relevant AI consumer brand.

Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Own forecasting, territory and quota planning, CRM governance (Salesforce/HubSpot), analytics, sales compensation, process automation, and operating cadences to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, productivity, and customer retention.
