Lead Higgsfield's entertainment go-to-market: build strategy, partnerships, and pipeline across studios, streaming, agencies, talent and creator businesses. Align cross-regional teams, close enterprise deals, inform product roadmap, and represent the company at industry events to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, organization, and collaboration in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

The GTM Engineer designs and maintains systems to support sales and revenue processes, automating workflows and analyzing data for optimization.

Provides high-level support to the CEO and founder by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, confidential information, and executive priorities. Own the commercial contracting lifecycle across intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, and repository management. Administer and scale Ironclad workflows, templates, playbooks, permissions, reporting, migrations, and automation. Independently negotiate NDAs, prepare agreement markups, manage SLAs, coordinate cross-functional approvals, maintain contract data quality, and improve processes through workflow automation and AI tools.

Leads and scales an Account Executive team, owning revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and sales execution. Personally manages strategic enterprise opportunities, executive relationships, negotiations, and complex deal strategy. Partners with the CRO and cross-functional teams on territory design, compensation, hiring, sales processes, and growth strategy while translating market feedback into company action.
