Build and manage relationships with referring veterinary practices to drive hospital referral growth. Responsibilities include outreach, referral engagement, event planning, community partnerships, marketing campaigns, CRM and performance tracking, quarterly business planning, competitive analysis, budget management, and reporting. The role is field-based with frequent local travel and occasional evening or weekend events.
