Partners cross-functionally with pricing, underwriting, claims, distribution, and data science teams; presents recommendations to senior leaders; mentors junior staff; and drives innovative analytical solutions from problem definition through implementation.

Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement across contact centre operations. Develops productivity strategies, applies Lean methodologies, drives automation and transformation initiatives, monitors KPIs, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and delivers data-driven recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks and progress, communicates results to senior leadership, and ensures program delivery, benefit realization, and long-term sustainability.

Handles commercial auto claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Guides customers by phone and email, gathers claim information, explains coverage and next steps, investigates claims, coordinates with customers, brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators, maintains accurate records, processes authorized payments, and follows up to ensure timely resolution. The role requires an active New Brunswick adjuster license or the ability to obtain one and includes a 12–8 PM shift.

Investigate and resolve complex automobile towing and storage claims across North America. Negotiate fees, vehicle releases, and settlements while applying policies and provincial regulations. Provide guidance and mentoring to claims teams, identify fraud indicators, collaborate with legal partners and vendors, maintain detailed claim records, and support training and cost mitigation initiatives.
