Lead process design from concept through detailed engineering for mining and mineral processing projects. Produce and maintain PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, and detailed drawings. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, manage drawing registers and revisions, ensure compliance with standards, and use CAD/3D software to deliver quality, constructable designs.

Lead global engineering governance, systems and standards; drive adoption of digital engineering, data and AI capabilities; align processes and tools for scalable delivery; use performance data to improve predictability and quality; govern software vendors and investments; partner with regional leaders to improve commercial and delivery outcomes.

Provide mechanical design support for mining and heavy industrial projects across study and detailed design phases. Design process platework and piping, prepare equipment datasheets, specifications, P&IDs, and RFQ packages; support site reviews, client interactions, and construction-phase technical support while ensuring safety and quality control.

Manage end-to-end procurement for mining/construction projects: source and tender packages, develop and administer contracts, control costs using JDE, maintain supplier relationships, produce procurement reports, ensure compliance with policies and project procurement plans, and use e-tendering and document management systems for collaboration.
