The Executive Director, Total Rewards will lead total compensation strategies to attract and retain talent, managing salary, benefits, and recognition programs in a strategic HR role.

The Manager/Senior Manager will lead data management for clinical trials, oversee vendors, design databases, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Develop and execute internal communications strategies and multi-channel programs to build culture and align employees with company mission. Create content for intranet, companywide emails, town halls, and leadership meetings. Lead planning and execution of large- and small-scale corporate events and leadership offsites, manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and invoices. Partner with stakeholders globally to drive engagement, brand consistency, and process improvements. Support Corporate Affairs initiatives and occasional international travel; role is hybrid based in Vancouver with in-office event responsibilities.
