Reviews borrower character, financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, cash flow, credit reports, and financial ratios to make credit decisions and recommend approvals. Advises origination teams on deal structure, terms, security, and covenants; monitors delinquency, ensures policy compliance, identifies process improvements, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership.
