Designs and develops analog and digital circuits, schematics, multi-layer PCB layouts, prototypes, and production test solutions for audio and communication products. Collaborates with firmware, software, and mechanical teams; performs board bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, component selection, design verification, and hardware revisions. Documents technical decisions, manages deliverables, and supports reliability, cost reduction, regulatory compliance, and transition from prototype to volume manufacturing.

Owns internal IT operations, Microsoft administration, infrastructure, networking, employee support, device management, and security improvements. Coordinates external IT providers, manages assets and access, develops scripts and integrations, supports applications and authentication, and leads ISO 27001 control implementation and audit evidence. The role also standardizes management and security across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Lead embedded firmware development across requirements, design, implementation, documentation, deployment, validation, and support. Mentor junior developers, improve reliability and testing, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain C-based firmware for audio and video communication products. The role requires Linux development, Bash, source control, and embedded software experience, with preferred expertise in networking protocols, Wireshark, TI ARM processors, VoIP, security protocols, and audio/video codecs.
