Leads the Burnaby engineering organization of approximately 10 engineers, owning delivery, architecture, reliability, security outcomes, hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team growth. The role is a hands-on player-coach responsible for growth, pricing, monetization, data, enterprise delivery, and sensitive production systems. It also requires supporting dotted-line platform, SRE, security, and B2B teams while partnering with global engineering and product organizations.
