Conduct full-cycle recruiting for marketing professionals across multiple concurrent openings. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, job boards, and referrals; write outreach; screen candidates; coordinate interviews and assessments; support offers; and maintain accurate ATS records. Track recruiting metrics, update hiring teams and candidates, build talent pipelines, and improve hiring processes. Requires current marketing recruiting experience, U.S. marketing hires, LinkedIn Recruiter expertise, and C1/C2 English fluency.

Develop and execute paid media growth strategies for B2B and B2C clients. Build, launch, optimize, and scale Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other advertising campaigns while managing budgets, bids, creative, copy, reporting, and analytics. Partner with clients and internal teams on funnel strategy, segmentation, messaging, CRO, and channel mix. Lead external PPC agency relationships, communicate campaign performance, and apply insights to improve future results.

Manage multiple marketing projects from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Build and maintain ClickUp projects, track deadlines and resource utilization, oversee deliverables, and ensure quality. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns involving email, SEO, PPC, content, design, and web development. Develop campaign briefs and supervise website and landing-page implementation. The role requires strong project management experience in a marketing environment and excellent English communication.
