Provide Level 1 IT support in an MSP environment: triage and resolve workstation and user issues, document work in the PSA, follow change management and ticketing processes, assist onboarding and basic configurations, escalate appropriately, and support senior technicians on projects while maintaining professional client communication.

Provide intermediate-tier MSP support: onboard and manage client accounts, lead multiple infrastructure projects annually, resolve complex technical issues, drive SLA improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships while implementing best-practice IT solutions.
