Build and maintain full-stack features for Infisical’s open-source security infrastructure platform. Work with the CTO and engineering team on PKI, PAM, KMS, secrets management, AI security applications, and enterprise customer needs. The role requires strong JavaScript ecosystem expertise, particularly React, Node.js, and TypeScript, with opportunities to contribute to developer tools, DevOps, open source, and emerging security products.

Lead 10–12 engineers across secrets and certificate management teams. Own delivery, hiring, performance management, technical direction, reliability, engineering quality, customer collaboration, and process improvement. Remain technically involved through code and design reviews while guiding architecture, security, observability, incident response, and operational excellence across cloud, self-hosted, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.

Owns full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and related roles. Responsibilities include defining hiring requirements, sourcing active and passive candidates, managing interview processes, negotiating offers, tracking funnel metrics, using AI recruiting tools, and developing recruitment marketing campaigns. The role partners closely with the CTO and engineering leads and focuses on hiring within competitive infrastructure, developer tools, and security talent markets.

Own and enhance Infisical’s website by building pixel-perfect, reusable frontend components, core pages, microsites, and frontend architecture. Integrate CMS, analytics, attribution, and marketing tools while implementing SEO, A/B testing, accessibility, performance, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and company leadership to create a high-quality website that drives organic traffic and user adoption.
