Serve as Tier 2 technical support for a B2B SaaS security product: troubleshoot SSO and identity issues, APIs/webhooks, CI/CD integrations; guide customer setups, triage bugs with R&D, improve observability and docs, and participate in on-call incident handling.

Serve as a technical, customer-facing advisor driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth. Lead implementations, deliver training, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to maximize customer value and support enterprise customers.

Build and maintain backend systems focused on infrastructure, performance, and customer needs. Design microservices and APIs, scale SQL/NoSQL data platforms, use cloud/serverless managed services, implement CI/CD, and collaborate with product and customer teams to deliver performant, customer-centric features and resolve technical issues.
