Own customer support and payments risk operations for subscriptions, credits, and payments. Handle billing issues, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, and account anomalies. Build workflows, escalation paths, macros, SLAs, and support metrics. Manage payment-platform and outsourced support relationships, partner with Product and Engineering on recurring issues, and scale internal and vendor operations as volume grows.
