Lead and implement HR programs across staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning. Partner with business leaders on recruiting, performance management, acquisitions integration, training, and associate relations. Analyze HR data, communicate policies, and manage a team or supervise support staff, with regular travel to support business areas.

Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.
