The HR Generalist supports HR operations for designated divisions, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, leave administration, HR events, metrics reporting, vendor billing, and offboarding. The role partners with HR leadership and business teams, provides employee and manager guidance, supports retention and sourcing initiatives, and administers employment processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Manages customer accounts, supports retention and growth, identifies sales opportunities, conducts outbound prospecting, schedules meetings, maintains the sales pipeline, and supports outside sales representatives. Responsibilities include order entry, product recommendations, customer follow-up, service recovery, pricing updates, market communication, and cross-functional coordination with purchasing, transportation, processing, quality assurance, and customer service teams.
