Administer new account openings, incoming transfers, and complex estate and trust account transitions. Communicate with clients, custodians, accountants, and lawyers; manage DocuSign documentation; reconcile client, custodial, and portfolio-management records; maintain contact data; and support annual KYC/IPS, tax-information, RRSP-to-RRIF, RESP grant, and charitable foundation projects.
