Lead product vision and roadmap for Nebius’s agentic infrastructure ecosystem. Identify customer needs, prototype and validate AI infrastructure concepts, define developer experiences, and guide successful products from discovery through production adoption. Partner closely with engineering, design, customers, developer relations, sales, marketing, and external technology partners. Build integrations, reference architectures, and ecosystem partnerships while balancing technical, performance, security, reliability, and cost considerations.

Build and manage relationships with venture capital platform teams, founders, and AI startups. Develop and execute founder dinners, investor roundtables, portfolio gatherings, and other ecosystem programs. Lead outreach, audience development, partner coordination, event execution, and follow-up while collaborating with VC Alliances and Sales teams. Track engagement, program performance, startup pipeline influence, and ecosystem insights to improve community activation and support Nebius’s startup growth strategy.

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Nebius AI Cloud. Lead discovery, architecture design, workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, business cases, and production adoption. Develop reference architectures and infrastructure-as-code examples, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve engagement risks, and communicate customer feedback internally. The role requires strong cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, identity, AI infrastructure, and enterprise stakeholder-management expertise.

Own technical relationships with strategic technology partners and architect integrated cloud, data, and AI solutions. Build production-grade integrations and reference implementations, define secure and observable enterprise patterns, enable partner engineering teams, and lead joint customer deployments and troubleshooting. Translate partner feedback into product roadmap requirements while applying expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, AI inference, agentic systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Design and implement cloud infrastructure and MLOps solutions for AI and ML customers. Serve as a trusted technical advisor through proofs of concept, workshops, presentations, and training. Develop infrastructure-as-code architectures, optimize GPU pipelines for performance and scalability, document technical solutions, and coordinate customer scenarios with product, support, and marketing teams.

Supports government and regulatory affairs, community and stakeholder engagement, and policy communications for an AI infrastructure company. Monitors legislation, drafts policy briefs and advocacy materials, coordinates government and trade association engagement, manages community initiatives, and advises leadership on policy risks and opportunities. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Communications, Policy, and go-to-market teams while tracking public sentiment and external commitments.
