Define roadmaps, liaise with stakeholders and compliance, architect payments and core banking solutions, leverage Generative AI to optimize product artifacts, and drive cloud-native and regulatory-compliant implementations.

Lead and own user research across projects: plan, recruit, execute mixed-method research, synthesize insights, collaborate with product and design to embed findings, run workshops, advise presales, and contribute to practice growth.
