Develop and deliver internal communications, leadership messaging and employee events. Manage channels, editorial calendar and sensitive communications. Coordinate community investment, employee volunteering and sustainability reporting, administer the Sustainability Committee, collect reporting data, and promote sustainability commitments through storytelling.

Provide document control and project coordination for a major Canadian port infrastructure project. Administer Aconex and SharePoint, manage document workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews, track actions and progress, draft meeting minutes, support invoice approvals, and produce dashboards and presentation materials.
