Develop and deliver internal communications, leadership messaging and employee events. Manage channels, editorial calendar and sensitive communications. Coordinate community investment, employee volunteering and sustainability reporting, administer the Sustainability Committee, collect reporting data, and promote sustainability commitments through storytelling.

Leads DP World Canada's overall business operations, partnering with the CEO on organizational vision, strategy, policies, and long-term objectives. Oversees company functions, employee productivity, workplace safety, compliance, training, and culture. Develops business plans, monitors KPIs, ensures legal and HSEMS compliance, and drives operational excellence across the organization.
