The Director of Infrastructure Operations oversees the operational health and efficiency of on-premises and cloud environments, leading infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, and operational security. Responsibilities include ensuring platform reliability and scalability, managing teams, and enforcing security standards.

Lead design and administration of compensation, recognition, benefits and retirement programs. Manage annual compensation planning, incentive and executive pay processes, vendor relationships, HRIS governance, pay equity/transparency compliance, and enterprise recognition strategy. Provide strategic Total Rewards counsel to leaders and support cross-functional budgeting, analytics, and program documentation.

Process and manage new and fee-based account openings in the Dealer Member space, ensure compliance and accurate documentation, use Laserfiche/OSM/Dataphile, update client data, support fee-based programs, communicate issues, cross-train peers, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Designs, develops and delivers bilingual training for advisor partners, maintaining e-learning and webinar libraries, liaising with SMEs, tracking continuing education credits, and ensuring regulatory and product knowledge is current.

Lead taxation strategy and implementation for mutual funds, oversee distributions and tax filings, support fund events (launches, mergers), monitor tax regulations, provide tax disclosure for regulatory documents, and assist with fund reporting such as financial statements and MRFPs.

Manage financial and regulatory reporting for NEI investment funds; coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and internal teams; ensure IFRS-compliant filings; support fund launches, mergers and tax reporting; and drive process improvements and internal controls.
