Provide broker administration and underwriting support: respond to inquiries, manage ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot EDI/password/telematics issues, perform transactions and policy changes in GWPC, manage accounts with CGI, handle document categorization, phone/email support, and participate in product/pricing projects.
