Build and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product and engineering, contribute front-end code (HTML/CSS/React), improve Figma workflows, and advocate for usability and accessibility across the organization.

Lead and scale Blue J's SMB and Mid-Market sales organization, owning new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Build repeatable GTM processes, hire and develop managers and reps, manage forecast and KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, CS, and Product. Participate in strategic deals and drive ARR, ACV, win rates, retention, and forecast accuracy.
