Create campaigns, marketing assets, templates, web materials, sales collateral, product launches, events, and social content. Use AI creative tools, manage brand systems, direct photography and illustration, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee freelancers or agencies when needed.

Leads end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for philanthropy and nonprofit customers, from discovery and planning through go-live and transition to support. Responsibilities include project scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk and scope management, solution validation, data migration, integrations, UAT, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports presales scoping and continuously improves implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks.

Directs the PMO and manages a project management team overseeing complex SaaS implementation portfolios. Responsibilities include portfolio governance, escalation management, delivery health reporting, resource and capacity planning, tooling integrity, process improvement, change request discipline, Agile transformation, and executive stakeholder communication. The role develops project managers, establishes scalable standards, and collaborates with Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, HR, and senior leadership to improve delivery consistency and client outcomes.

Provide professional software support to clients through phone, chat, and email, prioritizing SLA breaches. Resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, escalate problems, coordinate handoffs, maintain product expertise, and support client satisfaction. The role also includes delivering product training, improving support processes, coordinating cross-team communication, maintaining coverage, and assisting with client-related projects.

Owns end-to-end cloud operations for a multi-region SaaS portfolio, ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Leads production availability incidents, triage, resolution, root cause analysis, configuration and change management, monitoring, and alerting. Builds and develops a team of system administrators and SREs while partnering with Development, Technical Security, and Support to improve operational readiness and accountability across AWS and Azure environments.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Foundant software for nonprofit clients: configure systems, train users, migrate historical data, advise on nonprofit fund accounting and chart of accounts, maintain client communication, and ensure successful delivery and ROI. Occasional travel (~10%).
