The Director of Customer Success leads the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring effective adoption of solutions and driving retention and growth across various customer segments. They build and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Identify, qualify, and close enterprise public-safety software opportunities within a prescribed territory.
