Lead high-exposure insurance defense trials and manage entire litigation lifecycle: strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, trial advocacy, mediations, client advisement, settlement negotiations, supervision and mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration with expert witnesses while using e-discovery and case-management tools.
