Mentor junior engineers and drive standardization, cost reduction, and engineering process improvements.

Lead finance for the TPS business as the senior finance partner, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, working capital, project and revenue management, SOX compliance, and multi-site finance teams.
