Provides Level 3 technical escalation support for enterprise networking and AV-over-IP customers. Diagnoses complex switching, routing, wireless, multicast, QoS, and AV protocol issues; collaborates with engineering and product teams; reproduces problems and validates fixes in lab environments; documents solutions; and develops support materials, training, webinars, and customer documentation. The role is remote in Canada, with Pacific Time availability and a preference for British Columbia.

Create and produce branded assets for web, social, paid advertising, email, campaigns, retail signage, events, and sales collateral. Develop campaign concepts, adapt designs across formats, maintain brand consistency, prepare screen- and print-ready files, and collaborate with marketing, product, web, and creative stakeholders. Use AI tools thoughtfully in the design workflow, manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and contribute to evolving design systems and motion capabilities.

Design and ship web UI for NETGEAR’s direct-to-consumer storefront, including landing, listing, product, content, and product-finder pages. Maintain and extend the atomic Figma design system, create developer-ready handoffs, collaborate with front-end, marketing, insights, and app teams, and validate work using analytics and research. Present designs to stakeholders, review staging implementations, and provide occasional design direction to other teams.
