Configure, build, test, implement, maintain, and support the firm's Intapp Cloud environment (Intake, Conflicts/Open, Terms, Walls). Design and modify workflows/forms/approval routing, troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, manage release cycle and deployments, translate Risk & Compliance and legal requirements into technical configurations, maintain documentation, and provide escalated support and coordination with partners and internal engineering teams.

Provide full administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys, including drafting and formatting legal documents, e-filing in state and federal courts, managing calendars and deadlines, preparing materials for depositions/hearings/trials, coordinating filings and deliveries, and handling expense reports, time entry, travel, and document management.

Coordinate and execute lateral partner recruiting activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications and conflicts, tracking candidates in systems, assisting recruiting leadership with research and market analysis, and supporting day-of logistics and onboarding mentorship selection.
