Provides investment sales and service to BMO customers through remote interactions. Advises clients on investment products and strategies, identifies sales opportunities, processes transactions, handles escalations, and meets sales targets. It also provides executive-level people leadership, financial management, forecasting, performance reporting and operational readiness for launches, market events, volume surges and disruptions.

Provides investment-related sales and service to BMO InvestorLine customers in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Advises customers on investment products and strategies, achieves sales targets, handles transactions and escalations, and identifies referral opportunities. Maintains knowledge of investment markets, regulatory requirements, AML obligations, and bank policies while documenting customer interactions and protecting confidential information.

Reviews delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts to identify collections opportunities and execute loss-mitigation strategies. Advises customers on payment plans, negotiates resolutions, processes transactions, and handles escalated inquiries. Analyzes account data, prepares reports and dashboards, supports collections processes, develops action plans, and coaches personnel. Maintains regulatory compliance, protects confidential information, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

Advisors assess investment needs, build client relationships, conduct portfolio reviews, support onboarding and account servicing, process contributions and withdrawals, educate clients, and complete sales and service activities according to approved procedures.

Provides bilingual technical support for BMO InvestorLine and Active Trader clients. Troubleshoots website, mobile application, login, account access, device, browser, and platform issues; manages cases from intake through resolution; coordinates escalations; identifies broader incidents; documents interactions and solutions; and communicates status updates clearly while delivering an empathetic client experience.
