Lead a Value Realization Services organization to drive adoption, optimization, and measurable ROI of NICE CX solutions (quality, interaction/speech/text analytics, AI). Manage consulting delivery, operations, revenue, margins, KPIs, and cross-functional alignment while advising senior customer executives and ensuring customer transformation and long-term value.

The Account Executive will drive enterprise software sales for NiCE Actimize by achieving quotas, negotiating agreements, leading sales activities, developing C-level relationships, and expanding strategic customer accounts. The role requires selling software solutions to financial services organizations, understanding anti-money laundering applications, identifying customer opportunities, coordinating with sales engineers and IT users, and positioning solutions around business value and successful implementation.

Lead consultative engagements to define and own customers' business cases, drive adoption of NiCE CX/QM/analytics solutions, deliver measurable ROI, manage stakeholders, and develop repeat business through advisory, change strategy, and ROI modeling.
