Lead and develop a regional on-premise sales team to execute national strategy, optimize territory coverage, build customer relationships, implement promotions and incentives, coach and train staff, recruit and evaluate candidates, and allocate resources to drive sales growth and profitability across British Columbia with frequent field presence and distributor collaboration.

Support sales initiatives by training with senior Account Sales Managers, covering routes, managing Red Bull products in accounts, maintaining relationships, ensuring proper product rotation and equipment upkeep, monitoring competitors, meeting monthly KPIs, and operating forklifts and commercial vehicles. Eligible for base salary plus commission bonus.

Own and grow regional key accounts by executing Red Bull’s strategy, managing budgets and promotions, improving in-store execution to Perfect Store standards, analyzing ROI with category data, conducting business reviews, and coordinating with field teams to drive sales and displays.
