Develop and grow a mortgage customer base by generating referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other business contacts. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct sales activities, manage an independent territory, and use TD’s sales management system. Candidates should demonstrate strong sales performance, communication, networking, customer service, and relationship-management skills. Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication is beneficial, while post-secondary education is preferred. Training and coaching are provided.
