The Sr. Customer Success Manager at Visier is responsible for driving an exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach, strategic account planning, and building consultative relationships. They collaborate closely with Sales to ensure customers maximize value from the Visier solution and achieve their business goals. The Sr. CSM serves as the primary point of contact for customers, resolves escalations, provides industry insights, and meets customer satisfaction targets.

Reporting to the VP, Sales Strategy & Solution Consulting, responsible for facilitating a culture of continuous learning across the field sales organization. Develop strategies and programs to align with Sales KPIs, optimize onboarding and training for new sales employees, build sales certification programs, and transform the Sales Enablement Platform. Stay current on sales methodology, consult with business leaders on training needs, and provide metrics on Sales Enablement effectiveness.

As a SaaS Implementation Consultant at Visier, you will lead the technical workstream in designing and embedding Visier's analytic solution within partner applications. You will collaborate with partners, design ETL processes, advise on integration best practices, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong consulting and technical skills, problem-solving ability, project leadership, and a passion for continuous learning are key for this role.

Visier is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team. Responsibilities include accounts payable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with system implementations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 1 year of experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsible for leading the development and execution of Visier's data strategy, analyzing market trends, working with stakeholders, and overseeing the product life cycle. Must have strong product management experience, analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.
